- Our plush toys are are hand made, there could be up to ±1 inch (±2.5 cm) difference from your measurements and our description.
- There could be small color differences due to the photo lighting or setting of your mobile phone or computer screen.
- Most of the plush toys and pillows can be gently hand washed with water and soap.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for plush toys to retain original shape.

After your payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
We will do our best to process orders as fast as possible, however the order processing time might take up to 1- 4 business days*. Processing includes a quality check, packing, and mailing your orders. Finally, the tracking number will be provided to you via email. *If you place your after 1:00 pm Central Standard Time, your order will be processed the following business day.
When you order different items at once, they may be shipped separately instead of waiting to be packed together. You may receive one item before the other.
