I've place a handful of orders from Cute Asian Things and have never been disappointed. This plushie, like all the others, is top quality, and has arrived within the expected time frame, even during the depths of the pandemic. The website is easy to use and it provides great detail when you check on shipping status.
But what stands out for me is their customer service. For starters, they are a legit company, unlike so many others that say they have a product, take your money, and then make you work hard to get it back when they never ship the items which they likely never had. On this order in particular, I had ordered a second item, for which it turned out Cute Asian Things ran out of stock. They contacted me quickly to let me know, and my money for that part of the order returned to me within a couple of days. Their products may seem slightly more expensive than other websites, but with Cute Asian Things you don't have to worry if the product will ever ship or arrive at its destination. That is well worth a few extra dollars.
